What this website is

This site describes the outdoor kitchen design and construction services we offer in Tucson and the surrounding Pima County area. It is informational and it is not an offer to contract.

Nothing on this site forms a binding agreement to carry out work. Work is agreed only through a written quote that we issue and you accept, and that quote governs the work rather than anything written here.

Quotes and pricing

Any price range, tier or figure shown on this site is indicative and is provided to help you plan. It is not a quote.

A quote is specific to your project, is issued in writing after a site visit, and is valid for the period stated on it. Quotes may be revised if the scope changes, if conditions are found on site that could not reasonably have been identified at the visit, or if material costs change materially before work begins. Where that happens we will tell you before proceeding.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep this site accurate and current. Construction requirements, permit rules, product specifications and costs all change, and content here may become out of date.

Guidance on this site about permits, setbacks, clearances and code requirements is general information. It is not a substitute for confirming current requirements with the relevant authority for your specific address, and it is not professional advice for your particular project. Requirements differ between the City of Tucson, unincorporated Pima County, and the towns of Oro Valley, Marana and Sahuarita.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and to enquire about our services. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, use automated systems to scrape it in a way that burdens it, or submit false information through our forms.
